Zed is a Fashion Designer turned Stylist & Creative Consultant based in New York City.
Born in Germany to Afghan refugees who fled oppression in the 1980s, Zed's journey into the world of design and styling is deeply rooted in both personal history and a desire for change. Fashion became a way for Zed to navigate identity, rebellion, and empowerment — a tool to break free from societal constraints and the patriarchal structures that shaped her upbringing.
With a strong foundation in design, Zed spent several years honing their skills as a designer before pivoting to styling and creative consulting during the COVID-19 pandemic. This transition has allowed her to Foster artistic expression and
collaboration with other artists and creatives, nurturing a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for change.
